No visitor telemetry
The observability file contains hourly source-level totals only: checks, successes, failures and upstream latency. It does not contain IP addresses, postcodes, cookies, user agents or page-view logs.
Passive, not synthetic monitoring
This build observes upstream sources when the live desk refreshes. It does not independently poll them around the clock, so quiet periods can produce no observations.
